How to Initiate a Return

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Pack and Ship: Safely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all accessories, and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Please note that you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
